I have changed my topic for the Essay. I chose to do Dlist, which is a online website like myspace for gay men. (My roommate gave me the idea because he is a member of this website and it is something that I have researched.)
Through online chatting, sharing pictures, and videos, dlist has developed a gay online community where gay men can have male comradery amongst other gay men.
I have never heard of this. I like how you chose something that is out of the norm. This is something you really could talk about language and how it is impacting everyone as a community and also an individual. I am very interested to learn more about this. Good luck.
